NO HOTLINKING for any of your nominations -- upload all of them to your own image host. Anyone who does not follow this rule will be automatically banned from the community. 02. All icons must be some way related to the Harry Potter Fandom. 03. Try and nominate in each of the 14 categories or nominate in a category that doesn't usually get many nominations. 04. For every icon that you nominate of your own, you must nominate one by someone else -- however, you can only nominate five icons by the same icon maker. 05. All icons nominated must fit LJ size requirements (under 40KB and 100x100 pixels or smaller). 06. Icons that have been nominated are not available for sharing without permission from the creator. 07. If you choose to nominate an icon in more than one category, it counts as more than one nomination. Also, if you choose to add more than one icon in one category, it also counts as more than one nomination. 08. You may only nominate up to 30 icons per session. The reason for this is to help fill the categories, but not be overwhelmed with nominations. 09. When posting nominations, you must put the username of the maker next to each icon. 10. To increase awareness about what icons have been nominated, and which ones haven't, please do not use an LJ-cut, and refer to The Burrow to make sure the icons you're nominating haven't already won in those categories. 11. Please try not to post nominations in between sessions. If at all possible, please wait util the winners for the previous session have been announced. This will ensure that your nominations are not overlooked when the mods make the poll for the following session. • TEMPLATE If you'd prefer to use a template to code your nomination posts, so all your noms are listed in the proper order (which we'd very much appreciate), just copy and paste the code from the box below: Please keep in mind, you do not have to nominate one icon in all the categories (though the more in each, the better). You have 30 noms at your disposal, and as long as you follow all the rules listed above, you can edit this code to your liking, adding and subtracting where needed. • VOTING At the end of every three week session there will be a post for voting, which will contain a cut titled "Dark Times..." Please fill out the form in that post to vote.
